Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Frozen blueberries
  • ½ Frozen banana
  • ¼ cup Non fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Oat or Almond milk or milk of choice
  • ¼ cup Egg whites
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter PB2

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until fully combined and smooth

Notes

Feel free to mix and match your fruit choices to match your tastes. 
Frozen fruit always yields the best results for a smoothie but you can opt for fresh and add ice as needed. 
You can omit the protein powder or use what you have on hand, however this adds extra grams of protein. 
The choice of milk will affect the total calories. Almond milk has fewer calories than oat milk.
optional add-ins: For healthy fats add in some Avocado. Get some greens in by adding a handful of spinach.
