Frozen Banana Yogurt Bites

  • 1 baking sheet
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Banana sliced
  • ΒΌ cup Greek yogurt or yogurt of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon optional
  • 1 Tbsp Powdered peanut butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice bananas into 1/2 inch rounds
  • Lay them out on a parchments lined baking sheet or in large Tupperware
  • Add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top
  • Add a drizzle of peanut butter
  • Add drizzle of honey
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon
  • For added protein, try mixing the PB2 with the Greek yogurt.
  • Place in freezer until nice and chilled
  • Eat straight from freezer, enjoy!

Notes

Best frozen, if they are left out too long the banana will get mushy.
Experiment with a combination of toppings. Yogurt mixed with Powdered peanut butter and topped with honey and some with just peanut butter no yogurt. You can get creative as you want.
You could also top with finely chopped walnuts or pecans, chocolate chips, etc.
Store in air-tight Tupperware in the freezer.
